Store Assistant Manager - Lead Volunteers & Retail Impact

St Christopher's Hospice in Addiscombe, London, is hiring a Store Assistant Manager on a permanent 28-hour week, with a 7-day rota. You will report to the Store Manager, open/close duties, and lead a team of dedicated volunteers in a busy retail environment.

The role covers stock handling from donations to display, driving sales, and supervising volunteers to ensure excellent customer service. A dynamic, community-facing position within our trading arm is offered.
