Store Assistant

What you'll do

Store Assistant in Kettering Telford Way, 20 hours per week. Must live locally and commute easily. Store hours 7 AM 8 PM; early starts and late finishes mandatory.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
• Assist with deliveries, unpacking stock, warehouse duties and stocking shelves.
• Maintain store cleanliness and order.
• Prepare orders and support the fast paced operation.
• Provide outstanding customer service, remaining efficient during busy periods.
• Ask the right questions to understand customer projects.
• Proactively sell Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts and sign customers up.
