Store Assistant in Pontypool - 15 hours per week. You should live locally and be able to commute easily to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be comfortable with early starts and late finishes.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- You'll be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
- You'll also be hands on with deliveries, warehouse tasks and stocking shelves.
- You'll handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean and prepare orders.
- You'll provide outstanding service, staying efficient during busy times.
- You'll ask the right questions to help customers with their projects.
- You'll be proactive in selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.
No retail experience? No problem - all we ask is that you're committed to delivering excellent service and we'll teach you everything else.
