The successful candidate will play a vital role in our workshop ecosystem, ensuring that parts and materials flow seamlessly to our technicians. We are looking for a tech-savvy team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to grow within a premier logistics company.

Core Inventory & Stock Management

• Goods Inwards: Receive all incoming parts deliveries, verifying accuracy against delivery notes and ensuring items are correctly logged.
• Stock Organization: Place parts into their designated storage locations to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout.
• Auditing: Participate in regular stock checks and inventory counts to ensure system accuracy and prevent shortages.

Workshop Support & Distribution

• Parts Dispatch: Distribute required materials and components directly to workshop colleagues to ensure vehicle preparation moves at a fast pace.
• Supplier Liaison: Collect parts directly from suppliers when necessary to fulfil urgent requirements.
• Internal Service: Act as a primary point of contact within the stores for workshop staff, providing a high quality and efficient service.

Operational Support (Quiet Periods)

• General Maintenance: Assist with the cleaning and general upkeep of the workshop and stores area.
• Safety & Standards: Ensure all tasks are carried out with a high eye for detail and in compliance with company safety standards.
