Store Assistant

What you'll do

Store Assistant in Aylesford - 20 hours per week. You must live locally and commute easily. Stores open 7 AM-8 PM, so you need flexibility for early starts and late finishes.

You'll be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need. You'll also handle deliveries, warehouse tasks, stocking shelves, unpacking stock, keeping the store clean, and preparing orders. Hard work and a positive attitude are more important than experience.

Provide outstanding service. Chat with customers or stay efficient during busy times. Ask the right questions to help customers with their projects. Be Proactive - sell benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up.
