As a Store Assistant at Sweaty Betty, you will be responsible for creating a friendly shopping experience, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and managing cash.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through authentic customer service.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interacting with customers, educating them on products, building rapport.
• Maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
• Handling cash management, adhering to security, health & safety, and stock accuracy standards.
• Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A positive and professional attitude.
• Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, sales driven environment.
• Performing duties consistent with the Company's AAP/EEO goals and policies.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
