Store Assistant - 8 Hours - Sweaty Betty

Key Responsibilities

• Creating amazing customer experiences through authentic service that leaves lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interacting with customers and educating them on products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintaining store standards front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention and health & safety procedures.
• Handling cash management and following security, health & safety and stock accuracy policies.
• Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A positive and professional attitude.
• Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced sales driven environment.
