Key Responsibilities- Creating amazing experiences for customers by offering authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interacting with customers, educating them on products, and building rapport and lasting relationships.
- Maintaining store standards both front and back, including visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adherence to health & safety procedures.
- Managing cash and adhering to policies and procedures for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy.
- Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
- Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.

- Positive and professional attitude.
- Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, sales driven environment.
Retail environment; shifts include Sunday 12 00 and Friday 12 00. Flexibility required as shifts may vary based on business needs.
