Job Description
Store Apprentice in Colindale 
30 hours per week.
We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
As a Store Apprentice, you'll earn while you learn, gaining hands on experience in customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, business operations, and safety procedures.
What you'll do- Engage with customers: understand their needs and provide excellent service through genuine conversations.
- Get involved in store operations: handle deliveries, stock shelves, and assist with warehouse tasks - be prepared to roll up your sleeves!
- Keep things running smoothly: maintain a clean and well organised store, ensuring everything is ready for our customers and safe for our colleagues.
- Learn while working: set aside time each week to complete coursework, supported by your Store Manager and a dedicated apprenticeship coach.
- A positive attitude: a warm, friendly approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Reliability & flexibility: show commitment to your team and customers, and adapt to the varied tasks that come your way.
- Energy & enthusiasm: no retail experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a drive to succeed.
