Overview of roleWe are looking for a Stock Survey Co ordinator to join our Assets Team to assist with coordination of our programme of stock surveys and energy assessments to the housing stock.
Reporting to the Stock Survey Manager, you will support delivery of the rolling programme of stock condition surveys, EPC's, and Housing Health and Safety Risk Assessments (HHSRS) to the housing stock. Duties include assisting with the coordination and planning of the surveys, liaison with customers, and the recording of property asset management information arising from the surveys.
You will need a good understanding of Microsoft packages, especially working with Microsoft Excel to produce spreadsheets and record data. You will require good communication and customer focus skills to ensure a smooth workflow within the team. You will be the central point of contact for the survey team, customers, and other stakeholders when required.
