Stock Condition Surveyor

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out comprehensive stock condition surveys across the council's properties, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.Responsibilities

• Carry out stock condition surveys across Council-owned residential properties
• Accurately record survey data using digital systems and technology
• Assess building condition and identify remedial works
• Apply HHSRS knowledge in identifying and recording hazards
• Work collaboratively with the wider Property Services team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in stock condition surveying
• Strong building surveying knowledge
• A recognised HHSRS qualification
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence and competence in using digital technology for surveys and reporting
• A conscientious, enthusiastic, and professional approach to work
