Stock & Process Leader: Deputy Store Manager

The Range in Croydon is seeking a Deputy Store Manager (Stock & Process) to lead stock control, process compliance and daily operations, partnering with the Store Manager to keep the store safe, compliant and highly efficient.

You will drive stock availability and inventory accuracy, oversee deliveries and back-of-house processes, and coach colleagues to build a strong, engaged team that delivers outstanding retail standards.
