Sterile Drug Product Tech Lead & Manufacturing Ops

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an experienced Sterile Drug Product Technical Lead for our Cruiserath SDP facility. You will provide floor-level technical leadership across formulation, filling, lyophilization, capping, and packaging, ensuring alignment with CQV, readiness, and transfer activities.

The role requires GMP biopharma experience, sterile manufacturing expertise, and strong problem-solving skills, with a path from day schedule to shift work as the project grows.
