Steel Workshop Supervisor - Feltham, West London

We are currently seeking an experienced Steel Workshop Supervisor to join a busy fabrication workshop in Feltham, West London.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for supervising a team of welders and fabricators, ensuring that all work is completed to high-quality standards, on time, and in line with health and safety procedures. This is a hands on role where you'll be expected to provide both technical support and strong leadership on the workshop floor.

Duties include:

• Overseeing daily workshop operations and production schedules
• Supervising and supporting welders and fabricators
• Checking work for accuracy and quality
• Coordinating workloads and allocating tasks efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety procedures
• Liaising with management and other departments to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience supervising in a steel fabrication or welding workshop
• Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, and metalwork processes
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A proactive, hands on approach

Location:

Feltham, West London
Rate: Negotiable, depending on experience
