Job Description
Position: Steel Fixer with a Banksman Card
Location: Leopardstown, County Dublin
BSS is looking for experienced Steel Fixers with a Banksman Card to start in a new role in Leopardstown, County Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:- Installation and fixing of structural steel components
- Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Cut and bend steel bars and mesh using hand and power tools
- Assemble and install rebar structures and components as per specifications
- Secure steel reinforcement using wire, clips, and welding equipment
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and regulations
- Assisting with lifting operations and acting as a Banksman when required
- Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling
- Valid CSCS slinger/signaller card
- Previous experience in a similar role
