Steel Canal Boat Welder/Fabricator - Hands-On Builder

Crafted Boats in Worcestershire is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our workshop team. You will perform MIG welding and fabrication on bespoke steel canal boat components, measure, cut, and read engineering drawings, and help push production while maintaining top workmanship.

The role offers training, an early finish on Fridays, and on-site parking. 37.5 hours per week, with steady progression and a collaborative environment for hands-on builders.
