Station Team Lead: Safety & Customer Service

South Western Railway (SWR) is looking for a Station Supervisor to lead a team of station assistants, ensuring a safe environment and delivering exceptional customer service. You will welcome customers, keep them informed, and ensure areas are clean and well presented.

You will be responsible for signing staff in/out, maintaining records, and coordinating cover for absences. The role requires colour vision, flexibility, and willingness to work varied shifts to meet operational needs.
