Station Manager Substantive Wholetime Promotion-External - Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service

We are seeking experienced leaders to join Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service as Station Managers. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for managing operational delivery, driving performance, and ensuring the safety and resilience of our communities and our Crews.

Eligibility Criteria

This process is open to wholetime substantive competent Crew Managers and wholetime substantive in development or competent Watch Managers.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate relevant operational experience and leadership capability. Successful candidates will be required to undertake any necessary training for the role.

Salary: Salary - NJC National Pay scale-Station Manager: £50,135 per annum (Development) to £55,301 per annum (Competent B)
