Station Manager: Lead Commercial Team & Customer Experience

Southeastern is seeking a Station Manager based at St Pancras, with responsibility for leading commercial staff, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring safe, reliable station operations at peak times.

You will oversee a thriving sales environment, manage information flow to customers, and maintain a visible leadership presence across platforms, gateline, and booking halls, mainly Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.
