Station Concierge: Passenger Assistance

JAM Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Passenger Assistant based at Crewe Train Station to support customers with pre-booked passenger assistance. The role runs Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm, 37.5 hours per week on a temporary assignment, paying up to £13.50 per hour.

You will meet and greet passengers, guide them around the station, provide information, and act as a point of contact for those requiring assistance. Immediate start available and DBS check will be carried out by Manpower.
