Responsibilities

• You'll champion our mission and values to create our Starbucks experience for our customers and partners.
• You'll understand the market, getting to know the competition and can identify opportunities to drive store profitability and your business forward.
• You'll be an ambassador for partner networks, making sure partners feel they belong.
• Executing store operations through your team, on your scheduled shifts and on your days off, ensuring opening, close and weekends are covered.
• Analyzing data and leveraging observations to inform decision making that improves both the customer and overall store performance.
• Working with store leaders to use forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labor within budgets and recruit world class diverse talent that meets store needs.
• Rolling out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive business results.
• Supporting partner growth through performance, development, coaching and building positive relationships to understand partner challenges, needs and aspirations.
• Setting challenging and realistic goals to drive engagement and improve partner performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to manage early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Experience with data analysis and operational performance metrics.

All retail store partners begin their careers with an introductory training program led by store trainers and coaches to immerse them in Starbucks culture and set them up for success.
