Standards & Asset Strategy Lead - HVAC/Refrigeration

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Senior Manager - Engineering Standards & Asset Strategy (Refrigeration & HVAC) based at Asda House. This permanent, full-time role leads the engineering strategy, asset modelling, governance and capital planning across refrigeration, HVAC and M&E systems.

You will champion low carbon technologies, drive performance improvements, and manage suppliers and key stakeholders to deliver safe, energy-efficient, and cost-effective solutions for the estate.
