Staff Wellbeing Chaplain, Corporate Nursing

West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Staff Support Chaplain (Band 5) to join the Spiritual and Pastoral Care team, focusing on staff wellbeing across the Trust.

You will lead and develop the staff support service, work with a multi-faith team and volunteers, and provide confidential emotional and spiritual support to colleagues, including during traumatic incidents and bereavement.
