Staff Software Engineer - Real-Time AI Search Backend

Nebius is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to advance the runtime systems of our agent-native search platform. You will build low-latency, high-throughput services handling real-time queries and optimise every layer from request handling to data access.

You will work on critical performance paths with strict latency budgets and collaborate with indexing and ML teams to keep ML logic decoupled from core systems.
