Staff Signal Chain Product Simulation Engineer

Job Description

• Lead development of high quality signal chain and product level simulations aligned to focus applications and system contexts.
• Define and maintain simulation standards, test benches, documentation, and reusable templates.
• Partner with product, modeling, and LTspice teams to shape simulation requirements early in the product lifecycle.
• Drive simulation based insights and design recommendations that enable scalable, high impact customer engagement.
• Support and scale simulation based collateral (e.g., Reference Circuits, signal chain demonstrations, system examples).
• Provide technical leadership through mentoring, design reviews and cross functional collaboration.
• Contribute simulation expertise to training content, internal enablement, and customer facing materials.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with SPICE / LTspice and advanced analog simulation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of precision signal chain components including ADCs, amplifiers, references, sensors, and power.
• Experience developing simulation test benches and validating system level behavior.
• Ability to operate independently on complex, ambiguous technical problems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate simulation results into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across global, cross functional teams.
