Successful candidatesmay have the opportunity to undertake a rotation across the service gainingvast experience from across the speciality. ACCC consists of 5Critical Care Unit Teams.

Weare looking for experienced, dynamic, motivated and compassionate StaffNurses who can ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality patient centredcare to the patients nursed within our critical care units.
Thesuccessful candidates will be expected to work clinically within themulti-disciplinary team, maintain high standards of practice and deliveroutstanding critical care.Applicantsmust hold the right to work to be eligible to apply for this role.
Pleasenote that Interviews for this post will be held face-to-face only to enableparticipation in a scenario-based assessment therefore applicants must beable to attend in-person.
Main duties of the jobIfyou are successfully shortlisted, you will be invited to a recruitment eventwhich will include interview and scenario-based assessment.
Toprovide and be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, andevaluation of individualised programmes of care.
To deliver care without supervision.
To take charge of the ward ordepartment as necessary in the absence of the Sister or Charge Nurse.
To participate in the in-servicetraining, preceptorship, and mentorship of junior staff, post basic learnersand students.
To take responsibility as the primecare provider for a group of patients.
To promote confidence in ourcommitment to provide excellent compassionate patient care.

Person Specification Qualifications- Registered Adult Nurse Level 1 or 2
- Has current registration on the appropriate part of the NMC register
- Able to fulfil Occupational Health requirements for the post
