Ophthalmology Staff Nurse Dublin

Cpl Healthcare is recruiting an Ophthalmology Staff Nurse to join a leading eye care service in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking to develop specialist skills within ophthalmology while enjoying an excellent work-life balance. The department operates predominantly Monday to Friday, with no night shifts and offers exposure to a wide range of ophthalmic services and procedures.

The successful candidate will rotate throughout the Eye Department, gaining experience across:

• Eye Scanning and Diagnostic Services
• Outpatient Clinics
• Eye Injection Service
• Minor Laser Eye Surgery

You will be part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team delivering specialist care across a broad range of services including Cataract Surgery, Glaucoma Care, Medical and Surgical Retina Services, Refractive (Laser Eye) Surgery, Corneal Surgery, Ophthalmic Oculoplastic Surgery, Paediatric Ophthalmology and Neuro-Ophthalmology

Requirements

• Active NMBI registration
• Previous acute hospital nursing experience
• Ophthalmology experience essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and clinical assessment abilitiesCommitment to delivering exceptional patient care
