An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Nairn Integrated Health and Social Care Team. We are looking for a Band 5 Nurse to join our team for 23 hours per week. This is a seven-day service, and we are looking for someone to cover two shifts per week (2 x 11.5) (subject to change).
This post is based in our 16 bedded ward providing care for a wide range of conditions including day cases. The ethos of the ward is to promote self-care, independence and timely discharge along with delivery of palliative and end of life care. The ward works closely with the wider Primary health and Social Care Team.
We are seeking an individual who is a team player and enjoys working in a busy environment. Please refer to the attached job description for full details on the essential criteria.
ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care in a busy ward setting for a wide range of conditions, promote self-care and timely discharge, and deliver palliative and end of life care as part of a multidisciplinary team. Support the ward's ethos and collaborate with the Primary Health and Social Care Team.
