Job Description

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced software architecture-focused engineer in Dublin to guide the platform's direction across billing, practice management and clinical workflows. You will own system design discussions, ADRs, and code quality as you refactor legacy PHP/Laravel and MySQL.

You will build end-to-end features, define API contracts, and collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines while mentoring peers and introducing AI-assisted workflows where valuable.
