Staff Engineer - Real-Time Data Pipelines & Leadership

Kpler is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the Data Platform Tribe in the United Kingdom. You will design, develop and maintain real-time and batch data pipelines, driving reliability and observability while owning cloud-based infrastructure.

You will mentor engineers and coordinate with product and domain stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions. We value deep distributed-systems knowledge, Java expertise, streaming tech such as Kafka or Flink, and cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).
