Staff Data Engineer: Architect Data Platform & AI (Equity)

Ripple is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to drive the Caspian Data Platform, Ripple's centralized lakehouse powering analytics and data-driven operations across the business.

You will own architecture for ingestion, transformation, governance, and data quality, stay hands-on, and set engineering patterns for Databricks pipelines. You'll mentor engineers and raise overall code quality.
