Stadium Hospitality Manager: Lead Events & Guest Experience

Elior Stadia at Alexander Stadium in Birmingham is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead the day-to-day hospitality, conferencing, catering, retail and food & beverage services across both event and non-event days.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will build high-performing teams, manage budgets and drive service excellence, guest experiences and continuous improvement to maximise profitability.
