Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Test Engineer with strong expertise in API and UI Automation Testing using Cypress API Framework and Playwright to support high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated API test suites using Cypress API Framework
  • Develop and execute UI automation tests using Playwright
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
  • Perform regression, integration, and system testing across applications and services
  • Analyse defects, maintain test documentation, and improve QA processes

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Cypress API Automation and Playwright
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, and API validation
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI)
  • Experience with Git and Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
