Job Description

The Senior Project Lead is responsible for leading Fast Follower projects and Line Extensions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. This role will own the Fast Follower process, providing regular input to continuously improve it, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

This position reports to the Director Innovation SPG and is part of the RD&E group located in Hoegaarden or Harbourgate Portsmouth and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

  • Lead and manage Fast Follower projects and Line Extensions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
  • Own the Fast Follower process, providing regular input to continuously improve the process.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Management, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive project success.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from concept through to launch.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience preferably within the R&D and/or Product Engineering space.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects.
  • Strong understanding of the NPI process and experience in bringing products to market quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and solve complex engineering challenges.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 20% globally.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
