Retail Business Services (RBS) supports Amazon's Retail business growth worldwide through three core tasks:
- Selection: RBS sources, creates, and enriches ASINs to drive GMS growth.
- Defect Elimination: RBS resolves inbound supply chain defects and develops root cause fixes to improve free cash flow.
- Operational Support: Supports operational processes for worldwide Retail teams, especially where there are gaps in the tech stack.
The tech team in RBS develops automation leveraging Machine/Deep Learning to scale execution of complex tasks that currently require human cognitive skills. Our solutions ensure that Amazon's catalog information is complete, correct, and comprehensive, providing a great shopping experience for customers.

- Owning and driving go-to-market strategies for products and initiatives.
- Building scalable processes and frameworks for GTM execution.
- Partnering with leadership to align strategies with business goals.
- Creating executive communications and presentations.
- Leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units.
- Developing project plans, timelines, and success metrics, managing dependencies and risks.
- Driving data-driven decision-making through analytics and customer insights.
About the team: RBS supports Amazon's global retail growth through sourcing, defect resolution, and operational support, with a tech team developing automation using Machine/Deep Learning.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 7+ years of cross-functional work experience with tech and non-tech teams.
- 7+ years of program or project management experience.
- 7+ years of delivering cross-functional projects.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics for improvements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 4+ years of driving process improvements.
- Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or related fields.
