Description

This role focuses on driving best-in-class media activation, performance optimization, influencer program management, and social media strategy and execution to grow consumer demand for Invisalign clear aligners across EMEA.

You will work closely with regional and local market teams to support the rollout and optimization of consumer campaigns, ensure assets are effectively localized, and help maximize conversion throughout the consumer journey.

You will collaborate with our agency partners across media, creative, and influencer channels to ensure high quality execution, continuous performance improvement, and consistent brand expression in market.

Role expectations Social Media & Influencer Marketing
  • Support the development and execution of the regional social media strategy, ensuring high quality content localization and strong platform execution.
  • Oversee daily operations of Influencer programs across priority markets- including briefing, approvals, performance tracking and optimization.
  • Collaborate with markets and agencies to develop regional social media content calendars and ensure social content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign messaging, and consumer needs.
Media & Performance Marketing
  • Support the planning, activation and optimization of paid media campaigns across EMEA, with a strong focus on digital, social and search performance.
  • Partner with media agencies to monitor performance, diagnose issues, and recommend optimisations to improve ROI.
  • Track and report on campaign results, insights, competitive trends and consumer behaviour to guide future execution.
Campaign Activation & Localization
  • Coordinate with local market teams to adapt and deploy consumer campaigns, ensuring smooth asset delivery and efficient market rollout.
  • Maintain campaign toolkits and ensure consistent adoption across markets.
Insights, Reporting & Cross Functional Support
  • Use analytics and insights to refine campaign and channel performance.
  • Provide clear reporting on KPIs, performance trends and consumer insights to support regional planning.
  • Work closely with legal, sales, and other cross functional teams to enable smooth execution and brand safe activation.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 7+ years of relevant experience in consumer, digital, media, or social/influencer marketing.
  • Proven experience owning and executing integrated consumer marketing initiatives across the full funnel, from strategy to hands on execution and optimization.
  • Strong expertise in digital and paid media activation, with deep knowledge of key social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat) and performance optimization.
  • End to end experience managing influencer programs and agencies, with full ownership of execution, measurement, and results.
  • Highly analytical and data driven, able to translate performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing across functions, markets, and seniority levels.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity in a fast paced, matrix environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (French, German, Spanish) a strong plus
