Sr Manager, Zone Risk Management

Mission: Lead risk management across the zone by identifying, monitoring, and mitigating key risks while ensuring robust incident, crisis, and business continuity frameworks. Drive compliance and governance through audits, ISO/IMS standards, and stakeholder engagement, enabling informed decision making and operational resilience.
What will you do:
Business Assurance Lead / Risk Champion
- Risk Identification and Assessment
- Build framework to identify and monitor Key Risk Indicators
- Ownership of Incident Management Framework
- Risk Response and Treatment
- Ownership of Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plans
- Run and support regular Crisis Management drills and internal audits
- Risk Monitoring & Responding
- Risk Landscape monitoring
- Ownership of local compliance committee and council for input in Board
- Coordinate local representative network
IMS Management
- Set up and Management of IMS Framework for 5 core standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 27001)
- Internal Audit Coordination for core standards: create, implement and manage zone audit programme
- Zone SPOC for External Audit Coordination: provide audit coordination and support for zone SMEs
- Arrange, manage & conduct management reviews in line with ISO / IMS requirements
