Sr. Account Manager - South ItalyJoin Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., where you can make a difference in the world of scientific research! As a Sr. Account Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that competes to deliver world-class solutions and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:- Achieve the agreed sales target, driving business expansion and NPI launch.
- Maintain an updated territory & actions plan; anticipate pipeline changes to address shortfalls.
- Review the strategy efficiency on a continual basis.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in all the specific business aspects (technical, market, competitions, applications).
- Consistently and accurately manage the sales process including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking, using our customer relationship management program and other designated IT tools.
- Build up reference sites and foster positive interactions with the most important Key Opinion Leaders.
- Academic degree (minimum MSc) in biology/life sciences field, with experience in qPCR technology.
- Preferred 1-4 years of sales experience.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Base preferred in Naples.
- Valid driver's license.
- Oriented to develop and successfully implement strategies that drive growth.
- Demonstrates a positive approach to collaboration and problem-solving, both internally and with customers.
- Outstanding collaboration skills to align across teams and organizations and develop partnerships.
- Organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Establishes ambitious goals and drives for results.
