Responsibilities 
We are looking for a motivated Sprinkler Service Engineer to join our team. You will service and maintain fire sprinkler systems for a wide range of customers across commercial, industrial, public sector and blue-chip environments. Whether you're experienced and ready for a fresh challenge, starting out in your career, or looking to change direction, we'd love to hear from you.
- Service and maintain sprinkler systems using your technical knowledge
- Deliver excellent customer service through problem solving and relationship building
- Prepare and plan service work efficiently, ensuring accuracy in engineer reports and handover certificates
- Support the out-of-hours callout rota as required
- Promote a Zero Harm culture by maintaining a safe workplace and following all safety practices

Required:
- Experience in servicing and/or installing fire sprinkler systems
- Qualifications and/or expertise in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South East
- Reliable, trustworthy, self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to prioritise work effectively with the planning team
Preferred:
- Knowledge of wet, dry, deluge, alternate and pre-action systems
- Experience with flow testing and flow switch testing
