Our client, a leading crop production and grain marketing company in the UK, is seeking a skilled Sprayer Operator to join their team in Norfolk on a permanent, full-time basis. Position Overview

As a Sprayer Operator, you will play a crucial role in delivering timely and precise applications of chemistry and liquid fertiliser using modern, well-maintained self-propelled sprayers. Your work will directly impact the quality and productivity of crops across Norfolk, contributing to the overall success of the company and its customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate self-propelled sprayers to apply chemistry and liquid fertiliser

• Perform potato haulm flailing and fogging tasks

• Conduct soil sampling and crop protection deliveries

• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment for optimal performance

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements

• PA1 & PA2 qualifications (full training provided)

• Experience operating farm machinery

• Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment

• Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Commitment to safety and adherence to best practices
