Sports Medicine Regional Sales Lead - South UK

Stryker is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the South UK Endoscopy business. You will lead a nine-person sales team, coach and develop high performers, and drive regional growth while building a strong succession pipeline.

As a leader, you'll shape culture, accountability and commercial excellence, collaborating across Marketing, Service, Pricing, Contracts and Clinical teams to deliver outstanding outcomes for surgeons and procurement leaders.
