Sports Graduate Behaviour Mentor for SEMH Students

Milk Education is seeking a dedicated Sports Graduate - Behaviour Mentor to work in secondary schools and specialist SEND provisions. You will support pupils with SEMH, ASC, ADHD and other needs, providing one-to-one and small group mentoring to foster engagement and positive behaviours.

The role focuses on building resilience, emotional regulation and confidence through role modelling, in collaboration with teachers and pastoral staff to implement effective strategies.
