Sports Coach

Overview

We are seeking a passionate Sports Coach to join our team and contribute to the physical development and wellbeing of students across all age groups within Wolverhampton. The successful Sports Coach will play a key role in delivering high-quality PE lessons, supporting extracurricular sport, and creating a positive and engaging environment for everyone.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality PE lessons across all age groups and support extracurricular sport. Create a positive, engaging environment that promotes physical activity, teamwork, and lifelong fitness.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Sport or equivalent; higher qualifications (Level 3 or above) are advantageous.
• A valid First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid certification to ensure safety.
• Proven experience coaching or teaching sports to secondary school-aged children (11-16 years).
• A genuine passion for working with children and developing a career within Physical Education.
