Sports Academy Manager - Lead, Develop & Inspire Learners

SCL is seeking an Academy Manager to lead the Sports Enrichment programme and manage the sports coaching team across site locations. You will ensure high-quality teaching and assessment, build strong employer links, and drive learner progress while meeting KPIs and safeguarding standards.

The role involves coordinating curriculum development, delivering outstanding student experiences, and representing SCL within the community and external organisations.
