Job Description

Capita is recruiting a Sponsored Reserve Firefighter for RAF Northolt. The role blends civilian firefighting with military defence support, including training, deployments overseas and UK operations.

Pathways include a Level 3 Firefighter Apprenticeship, paid while you learn, for those starting afresh or switching careers. You'll join a mission-critical service, responding to incidents, working with RAF teams, and supporting operations in the UK and abroad.
