Splash Lifeguard: Multi Role Guest Experience

Butlin's Minehead is seeking a Lifeguard as part of the Team Member Plus programme. You'll work across Splash Waterworld and other resort teams, ensuring guests have a safe and fantastic experience during their stay.

You'll be a strong swimmer, stay alert, and help with poolside activities and guest interactions. No NPLQ? No problem - training and support are provided to gain the qualification.
