Having joined Witherslack Group in 2022, Greenholm School is an independent, specialist day school based in South West London. The school supports pupils with autism and additional needs such as ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory issues and related behavioural difficulties; it has been rated Good by Ofsted.
Our clinicians are a crucial part of the multisector SEND model. Across specialist schools and children's homes, we provide extensive clinical support in terms of both expertise and breadth of provision. Our young people present with complex needs including developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental and special educational needs.
As part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, you will support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments and, based on clinical assessment and formulation, offer individualised interventions and engagement for our young people.

Here's what we'll need from you:
- Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC
- Be a specialist with proven skills and experience to engage and deliver therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs
- Experience of supporting teams around a child or young person to ensure clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences
- Be a confident, engaging and effective model, guide, leader and trainer
- Be highly organised and proactive
- Be committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people
