About this jobPlease see attached job description The post holder would join the clinical team that currently supports East of Salford.
The base would be in Swinton, and they will be supervised by Dr N Sultana. The post holder will liaise with the other medical colleagues within the Salford area and support the community team with clinical activity that covers meetings, CPAs, professionals meetings, and other Mental Health Act related activity.
The post holder will review patients presenting to MATs clinics and complete home visits for MATS and CMHT patients.
The post holder will be expected to Diagnose and formulate management plans with supervision as required.
The post holder will be expected to be a Section 12 Approved clinician.
We will support the post holder to obtain S12 or AC approval if this is required.
Work in a collaborative way with multidisciplinary teams including external partners and Work in partnership with local GP Assessment and management of risk including of vulnerability, suicide risk, risks to health and safety and risk of harm to others.
