Specialty Client Engagement & Delivery Lead

Job Description

• Reporting to the Director of Operations, Specialty, this is important role will help to drive and deliver Crawford Specialty's client engagement strategy in the UK & regional markets claims arena.
• Working closely with existing client & marketing teams, this role will act as a focal point within the Specialty division for UK & Regional Markets.
• The Job Holder will have responsibility for coordinating client engagement, enhancing relationships and maximising cross-selling opportunities.
