Participate in the implementation of individualized therapeutic projects. Ensure compliance with care and safety protocols. Contribute to prevention and health for patients and their profile: Swiss nursing diploma or equivalent title. Experience in Soarian or equivalent. Sense of teamwork, rigor, and capacity for listening. Mastery of standard office software. French level C1 required (written and spoken).
